DHL SERVICE LEAVERS INSIGHT DAY – WED 14 MAY 25
After a very successful event last year, DHL https://www.dhl.com/gb-en/home/about-us.html
have kindly offered to organised another Service Leavers (SL) Insight Day on Wed 14 May
25. The location has yet to be confirmed although it’s very likely to be held at one of their
premier DHL distribution sites within the Midlands area.

The outline of the day will be:
• 0900 – Delegate registration
• 0930 – Welcome and overview of DHL
• 1000 – 1200: DHL stands
• 1200 – Networking and lunch
• 1300 – 1445: DHL stands
• 1445 – Wrap-up and closing address
• 1500 – Departure

This is another excellent opportunity for SL from across all three Services who have already
given Notice to Terminate (NTT) to gain an insight into the roles and benefits of being
employed with one of the UK biggest logistics company who operate globally across many
sectors.

• Tour Our Site – visit our operation and see what our colleagues do

The dress for the day is MTP/Working dress wearing issued combat boots which are
required to be worn when on the walk around the distribution facility.

This is a DHL safety mandated Policy and none negotiable.
SP MUST produce their MOD90 to gain access to the DHL site.

This event qualifies for use of GRT whereby all costs lay to each individual and their unit.

This event is open to all SL from across all three Services (Army, RN, RAF): Any Corps,
Regiment/Unit/Ship/Station, trade and any rank. Please pass this one to anyone who may
be interested.

Confirmation and detailed information on the event will be sent out weeks prior to the event.

To be absolutely clear – There is no intention to poach, steal or persuade Service
Personnel to leave their current employment with the MOD.

No individual will be authorised to attend unless they have given NTT on JPA.
